Mrs. Osamede joined Victoria Chambers in 2018 as a Partner after her over 17 years work experience in the corporate and commercial industry, covers extensive experience in Business Development and Management. She started her career as a legal officer at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 1999. She specializes in advising clients on investment structuring, capital markets, corporate finance, project finance, contract review and structuring.
She has had various stints at Safetrust Savings & Loans Limited, Liberty Bank Plc, NAL/Sterling Bank Plc, BankPHB/ Keystone Bank Limited and Nigerian Stock Brokers (Capital Partners) Limited.
At Bank PHB/Keystone Bank, she was instrumental in developing and implementing a bank wide framework for correspondence banking to include Microfinance Banks and Primary Mortgage Institutions (PMIs).
At NSL Capital Partners Ltd, a subsidiary of Nigerian Stock Brokers Limited as the Group Head Business Development she successfully set up a Treasury/Investment unit and designed a dynamic framework for business generation/portfolio management.
She is a member the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
